2014 Dean’s Vespers

The 2014 Dean’s Vespers on Sept. 25 at the Ukrainian Catholic National Shrine of the Holy Family in Washington, D.C., gathered the School of Theology and Religious Studies community together as well as people from across the University community. The homily by Very Rev. Mark Morozowich, interim provost, accentuated the intimate connection between the academic life and living up to Christ’s call to love one another as a sign of the deep connection between God’s love and our actions. He concluded by thanking God for the gifts already bestowed and asked God to bless the students, faculty, and the staff as we begin this new school year. (Photos by Ed Pfueller and Rachael Salamone)
